The Home Care Council of New Jersey was incorporated in May 1962. The Council was organized for the purpose of advocating for the provision and expansion of quality in-home health care services through its members. Council member Agencies are committed to the advancement of quality services by following high standards of care and providing a variety of affordable professional services. Most member agencies have an longevity of over 50 years. Truly a Legacy of Caring.
The Association was established to:
A. Provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, experiences and concerns in order to help achieve broad agreement on policies and practices affecting the development of home care;
B. Study and interpret legislation;
C. Participate in appropriate conferences, meetings, training and hearings; and
D. Contribute to public understanding and support by gathering and disseminating timely and accurate information about home care and the activities of the members of the Corporation.
